您好，地中海贫血是常染色体隐性遗传病，只有当父母如果都携带这个隐性基因（Aa), 小孩1/4可能性AA,1/2可能性Aa也就是轻贫（除了有点贫血对身体没有重大影响），1/4可能性就是重度地中海贫血了。
